Not every building is cleared for foreign residents, and not every landlord will file the paperwork. We ask for the ownership document and the landlord's written agreement to register you, then mark the listing.
Who files your temporary residence registration?
China gives you 24 hours to register your address with the local police, 72 hours in the countryside. Each listing names the person responsible and the exact office, or links to the online form where the province allows it.
